We’re moving ever closer to the launch of Letters In Suitcases Abandoned, affectionately abbreviated and anagrammatised as LISA, the name of one of the three remarkable women whose lives shape this unforgettable story. Part of the Spirits of the Past series, Letters In Suitcases Abandoned is a sweeping historical novel infused with supernatural elements, haunting […]
There are moments in a writer’s life that feel almost impossible to believe, and this is one of them. Today marks exactly one month until the publication of my second novel, Letters in Suitcases Abandoned, which will be released on 16 October in both paperback and ebook formats. Writing a second novel is a different […]
I have learned that a publication copy of ‘Letters In Suitcases Abandoned’, sent to a journalist in advance of its 16 October release, appears to have gone missing following delivery. The book is protected by copyright, and any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or sharing of its contents may infringe those rights. While this is disappointing, the […]

She told me she has “deep admiration” for this section and […]

I’m so pleased I found Georgia, the editor of my second novel, Lisa — Letters in Suitcases Abandoned. I’m deeply grateful for the care she brought to editing Parts 1 […]
I’ve just sent the first part of Letters In Suitcases Abandoned to my editor, Georgia. Part One — Anne — totals 15,377 words (103 pages). It opens in 1944 and begins the thread that will carry three women’s lives across countries and decades: from Amsterdam and Bergen‑Belsen to a kibbutz in northern Israel and the […]
